Most multipoint problems start with a door that has dropped or shifted, so the hooks and bolts no longer meet their keeps. We adjust the hinges and keeps first. When a part is worn out, we tell you before replacing anything.
Gearbox replacement
If the handle drops freely or the key mechanism has failed, the centre gearbox is often the only part that needs replacing. We identify the existing lock and match a compatible gearbox, so the door does not need new machining.
